   We knew there was going to come a day that you would leave us, but somehow we thought we would have more time. For almost ten years, you brought so much joy to our family and anyone who met you.
   We’ll miss our hikes together and your deep, loud bark. We loved you so much, and always will. Please know you are in our hearts forever. We miss you.
