 My official photoThis is my official photo, which goes on my column in Best Friends Magazine. It was taken several years ago, but the PTB (Powers That Be) think it's the most dignified one I have. There are several more recent ones, including one of me in my office.

Nobody knows where I was born, or exactly when, but I was found in a trash bin in the local town here, together with my brother, Tamale, when we were just a few weeks old.

Tamale grew up big and strong and went off to a good new home as soon as he'd been fixed. But I had the sneezles and had to have lots of yucky medicine.

The PTB thought it was best if I stayed here. They were probably right, because I don't know if I would have been able to develop my career as an investigative journalist anywhere else.
