toys for the dogs would be very welcome - they love them and they don't last long!)

CATS
Harnesses for when cats are adopted so that they can travel safely.

Large cat furniture/scratching posts.
Small, under the airline seat regulated hard or soft sided carriers for when they are adopted and travel to their new homes.
Frequent flyer miles so that the cats' caregivers can transport them to their new homes once they are adopted.
BIRDS
Aramis could use a large play stand to put in the office for him (this is something that he really needs!), brazil nuts, almonds or walnuts (in the shell) and toys are always a huge hit for him. Another wonderful item would be a high quality digital camera (new or used). We no longer have the one that we had for our department and we could really use one. It is nice to have one here to capture those that you miss when we don't have one available.
