LAP Dog House and Kitty Motel

The LAP Dog House and Kitty Motel is a boarding facility exclusively for homeless dogs and cats. The facility is the first of its kind in the nation (as far as we know) and provides low-cost dog boarding ($6 per day) to Atlanta area rescue groups. The Dog House is managed like a doggy day care facility where dogs enjoy plenty of playtime and socialization during their stay while they wait for forever homes. Currently, fifteen different rescue groups board dogs at the Dog House.

Recently the Kitty Motel was added to the facility, a cage-free environment for cats waiting for adoption. The LAP Dog House and Kitty Motel provides a vital service to area rescue groups who depend entirely on foster homes or boarding to provide for animals in their care awaiting permanent adoption.
