No More Homeless Pets

No More Homeless Pets in Utah is a coalition of animal welfare organizations, municipal and private shelters, veterinarians, and animal lovers.  The goal of the coalition, led by Best Friends Animal Society, is to halt the euthanasia of dogs and cats in Utah.

The program, sponsored by Maddie's Fund and Best Friends Animal Society, includes:

The Big Fix on Tour mobile spay/neuter unit and a low-cost spay/neuter program with local vets;

Furburbia, a mall adoption center that features homeless animals in a bright and friendly atmosphere;

Super Adoption Fairs that draw crowds of over 14,000 and find homes for over 500 animals in a single weekend;

and the Feral Fix trap/neuter/return program for feral cats.

Gregory Castle is president of No More Homeless Pets in Utah.
