Dave Flagler

David Flagler is the executive director for Fulton County Animal Services, serving the Atlanta area.

He previously worked for the ASPCA as the director of PetWhere (an animal shelter management software tool). David has spent over 30 years in law enforcement, 20 years of which were spent in animal control. He has directed animal control programs in Oregon, Utah, Virginia and Washington State.

For the past 10 years, David has also monitored a message board on AOL for animal shelter workers.
