Quita Mazzina

Quita has served as the Executive Director for Humane Alliance Spay/Neuter Clinic in Asheville, North Carolina, since March 2000. She was hired as a veterinary assistant when the facility opened in the spring of 1994 and also served a term on the board of directors.

The clinic is intended to serve as a model to be duplicated in other communities, and the Humane Alliance is hosting a workshop later this month for people who want to start their own fixed-location spay/neuter clinic.
