Susan Feingold
Susan Feingold is the assistant director of Fulton County Animal Services (FCAS) shelter, which provides animal control and animal care services to unincorporated Fulton County, Georgia, the City of Atlanta and eight other municipalities. The shelter is managed by the Southern Hope Humane Society.
Since 1999, Susan has also been a member of the Cobb County Animal Control Advisory Board and the Cobb County Dangerous Dog Hearing Board.
In 1999, Susan helped to found SPOT (Stopping Pet Overpopulation Together, Inc.), an animal welfare organization that provides free or low-cost spay/neuter to Atlanta-area residents.
Susan started out as an animal rescuer and her resume also includes work for Sheltie Rescue of Georgia, Purebred Rescue of Atlanta, Pet Orphans Rescue and the Cherokee Humane Society.
Prior to getting into the animal welfare field, Susan worked in the computer industry and co-owned one of the first Internet service provider and website design companies in the South.
