Last Valentine's weekend (2004) Aidan and Rebecca visited Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. After visiting we made a goal to collect $150.00 for Best Friends.
We raised the money from lemonade stands, game stands, donations from friends and family, and allowances. The picture shows us, with Rebecca's big sister Melissa, at our lemonade stand at Donut Falls in Big Cottonwood Canyon. A ranger told us it was illegal to sell on forest grounds, but didn't give us a ticket because it was for a good cause.
We are glad to report that we went over our goal by over $60.00! We both love Best Friends very much. Please give our love to all the animals there.
