Angels in Disguise
One day God was looking down from above, he was shocked by the chaos, by the lack of love.
He had to act quick, he had to find, a way to bring love and hope back to mankind.
He sat there with tears rolling down his face, calculating and wondering who to send in his place.
What would it take to open their eyes, when he came up with a plan to sent Angels in Disguise.
What should they be, as he checked off his list, he had to find something humans couldn't resist.
There was no room for mistakes, the need was too great, he had to act now, before it's too late.
And all of a sudden, he figured it out, he was thrilled with delight, he wanted to shout.
He'd send them as dogs since they're close to man, he was sure this would work, he knew that they can.
They'd teach us patience, forgiveness and love, don't you agree, they're a gift from above.
They never give up, no matter how tough, at times it'd be challenging and it could be rough.
But their job isn't done until their last breath, they'll keep on trying until their death.
So off on their mission, they came one by one, he'll keep sending them till the job is done.
So, if you're troubled look into their eyes, and I guarantee you'll find an Angel in Disguise.
