Pierpont, Oscar and Shadow
Pierpont, the Red Persian was born on June 20, 1994. He weighs only about eight pounds, but he is the boss. He can be very sweet if he wants something, otherwise it's, "we are not amused, not now" and he hisses at this brother and me - Grandma. Pierpont loves his Mama Cathy and tolerates Papa Steven and Granma Anne.
Very smart, but likes to be alone most of the time. He sits on the landing at bats at his brothers when they go by him. He sits on the cable TV box that is just the right warmth to suit him.
A real character, but we love him anyway.
Oscar is a Russian Blue/White Persian, born June 7, 1995. He's a real sweetheart, a little under ten pounds. He is nuts about water and spills his water all the time. Oscar moved up one floor and lives with me.
Shadow is a Himalayan Persian, black with some grey. The baby, born on December 2, 1996, is a big boy, up to 14 pounds, all muscle.
He loves his brothers and people. I know when my nephew (Papa) Steven and his friend (Mama) Cathy are out, because Shadow comes up and hangs with me.
