Dear Lord,
I am sitting here with my bundle of love and I just want you to know,
that I am thanking you from the bottom of my heart, for I know you must miss him so.
Every day with him is like heaven on earth, and angel of yours from above,
sent down by you, especially for me, to share your unconditional love.
You sent him to me so long ago, when Tucker had to leave,
and Ziggy and I were left all alone in our sorrow and grief.
Like the rays of sunshine, he helped heal my heart,
but three years later, Ziggy, too, had to part.
Two special little guys that taught me so much,
but mostly the love of an angels touch.
I find comfort in knowing that they are with you,
for I know you love them as much as I do.
What better place for them to be,
as right there with you, happy and pain free.
I know they still watch over me every day,
For they are my guardian angels here to stay.
I know that someday Romeo, too, has to part,
and as I did with the others, I'll send a piece of my heart.
And just like a puzzle, these parts will connect and be as one -
Tucker, Ziggy, Romeo, myself and then some.
And one special day, we'll put the pieces together,
and spent eternity as one, together, forever.
