Living Tribute To My Little Santa Paws
Up on my bed Kitty jumps at night
With all four little paws
Truly, he's my Santa Claus.
He's my sweet little cuddly boy.
If he truly knew how much he
Filled my heart with JOY.
He's so much better than any toy.
Money couldn't buy
His contented purr.
He feels my LOVE
Of that I'm sure.
I pet him a little; that's all he asks
Along with a little water and food
It's such a small task
For in return
In his LOVE I bask.
Every day is a holiday
With my little Santa paws
For his health
I'll always pray.
GOD is so good to
Send him my way.
On the porch he
Showed up one day.
You'd think that would be enough
But no, my Lord was double good.
Along with one came his brother too!
I named him Simran (sweet remembrance)
And his brother Bhajan (sweet connection)
To remind me every time I call their names
Of the WONDERFUL ONE
Who made them and sent them my way.
For them, I'll be grateful each and every day!
