From Unchain Cumberland County
Fact: 1000 companion animals have been euthanized at our shelter every month for the past thirty years. We will reduce that number by half in the next five years by making spay and neuter available to every pet owner regardless of ability to pay. In progress: Mandatory spay and neuter ordinance for Cumberland County, NC.
How is your community doing when it comes to lifesaving?
