Known for her roles in numerous television and film projects and most recently seen in the CBS summer hit series "Under the Dome," Rachelle Lefevre graced the cover of our January/February 2010 issue of Best Friends magazine. Rachelle also promoted our Puppies Aren't Products Campaign to raise awareness about our puppy mill initiatives. She continued to spread the word through billboards, radio advertisements, and a public service announcement, which was shown in Times Square in New York City.

Her work on behalf of Best Friends does not end there. She has attended many events, including the Fluffball and Lint Roller events, Super Adoptions, Strut Your Mutt, the grand opening of the Best Friends Pet Adoption and Spay/Neuter Center, and the No-Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) launch party. Not surprisingly, she has visited our Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah, and has even adopted from Best Friends.

"With the privilege of unconditional love comes responsibility," says Rachelle. "We owe it to the animals who are loyal to us and depend on us to be worthy of their love."
